Combining distinctive Black Ceramic shower controls with the refined proportions of the Lanark hand shower, the Rochester Black Ceramic Lever & Lanark Concealed Shower Set from Rutland London provides an exceptionally versatile two-outlet shower arrangement for luxury bathroom interiors. Bringing together an overhead shower rose and adjustable slide rail-mounted handset, the Rochester offers considerable flexibility while retaining the clean and considered appearance of a concealed shower system.

Manufactured from high-quality brass before being carefully prepared and finished by skilled craftsmen in England, the Rochester brings together precision-engineered components from across Rutland London's collection of luxury shower brassware. The combination of Black Ceramic detailing and beautifully hand-finished metalwork creates a timeless aesthetic, while the slimline Lanark handset introduces a more restrained element to the overall arrangement.

At the centre of the Rochester is the Grafton Two Outlet Black Ceramic Lever Concealed Shower Valve, distinguished by its Black Ceramic detailing, traditional crosshead handwheel and carefully proportioned brass surround. With the principal valve mechanism concealed within the wall, only the decorative controls remain visible against the finished bathroom surface.

The overhead shower is supported by Rutland London's Bristol 380mm Fixed Wall Arm, providing a generous projection from the finished wall and an elegant foundation for the selected shower rose. The shower rose can be specified in the client's preferred style and size, allowing the proportions and character of the Rochester to be tailored to the individual bathroom.

The second outlet serves the Lanark Handset, distinguished by its slimline, precision-engineered brass handle. The restrained all-metal design creates an elegant contrast with the Black Ceramic detailing of the Grafton valve while allowing the selected handcrafted metal finish to remain particularly prominent.

The Lanark is accompanied by Rutland London's 1500mm Alma Shower Hose, coordinating wall outlet and adjustable slide rail with solid brass wall brackets. The slide rail allows the height and position of the handset to be adjusted to accommodate different users and showering requirements, providing considerably greater flexibility than a fixed handset arrangement.

Together, these components form a sophisticated two outlet concealed shower system, combining the generous showering experience of an overhead rose with the convenience and adjustability of a separate hand shower. Concealing the principal plumbing components also allows natural marble, decorative stone and luxury tiling to remain visually prominent, with the Black Ceramic controls and hand-finished brass components providing carefully considered points of detail.

The Rochester is intended for installation on high-pressure plumbing systems operating at 1.0 bar and above. Water pressure, plumbing configuration and suitability for the proposed installation should therefore be confirmed by the project's plumbing professional prior to specification and installation.

Each Rochester is finished to order, and every shower valve undergoes thorough wet and dry testing prior to despatch to ensure it meets Rutland London's own standards before leaving the factory.

For luxury villas, private residences, hotels and interior design projects throughout Dubai, the wider UAE and Middle East, the Rochester provides an exceptionally versatile concealed shower solution, particularly appropriate where an adjustable hand shower is required alongside a generously proportioned overhead shower.

The Rochester can be specified across Rutland London's portfolio of 40+ handcrafted finishes, spanning Brass, Bronze, Nickel, Copper and Gold. This extensive selection allows the Grafton valve, wall arm, shower rose, Lanark handset, slide rail and associated fittings to coordinate with taps, mirrors, heated towel rails and other visible metalwork throughout the bathroom.

The Rochester Black Ceramic Lever & Lanark Concealed Shower Set is available to purchase online in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. As a living finish, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will naturally age and develop a distinctive patina over time, with the rate and extent of this change dependent upon the environment in which the shower is installed.
