The Camden Double Vanity Stand from Rutland London offers a clean and contemporary interpretation of the traditional English brass washstand. Characterised by streamlined joint detailing and an elegant open framework, the Camden provides a refined foundation for creating a bespoke double vanity with individually selected marble, basins and bathroom brassware.

Each Camden Double Vanity Stand is handmade to order in our family-owned factory in Hampshire, England. Its frame is manufactured from substantial 32mm diameter DZR brass tube, complemented by clean-lined standard joints and elegant 75mm diameter brass wall plates. Integrated top and floor adjusters assist with accurate levelling during installation whilst maintaining the carefully considered appearance of the finished stand.

The Camden's open lower framework is an important part of its restrained aesthetic. Without an additional shelf or storage rack, the design retains a particularly light architectural appearance and allows the craftsmanship and chosen brass finish to remain clearly expressed. Its combination of traditional materials and cleaner detailing makes the Camden particularly suited to contemporary and transitional bathroom interiors.

Supplied without marble or basins, the Camden provides considerable flexibility for bespoke bathroom projects throughout the UAE and wider Middle East. Interior designers, architects and homeowners can select natural marble or another suitable stone to coordinate with the wider interior scheme, together with their preferred basin style, tap configuration and associated bathroom brassware.

The Camden Double Vanity Stand is supplied as the brass stand only. Marble tops, upstands, porcelain basins, taps, traps and other ancillary items are not included. For customers seeking a complete configuration, the Camden is also available as a Double Vanity Suite, supplied with a natural marble top, coordinating upstand and twin porcelain basins.

The Camden Double Vanity Stand is available to purchase online in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. As a living finish, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will naturally age and develop a distinctive patina over time. The rate and extent of this natural patination will depend upon the environment in which the product is installed.

For individually specified luxury bathrooms and high-end residential projects across the Middle East, the Camden can also be produced in Rutland London's extensive portfolio of handcrafted Brass, Bronze, Nickel, Copper and Gold finishes, allowing the vanity stand to coordinate with taps, showers, mirrors and other visible brassware throughout the bathroom.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Lead time & shipping information

Due to the handmade-to-order nature of products from Rutland London, payment is required in full in order for production to commence - do note that whilst card payments are accepted via our website for products in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, all orders for other finishes and special orders will require payment via BACS.

The indicative lead time on this product from receipt of payment to dispatch is currently circa 7 weeks in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. Please note that lead times are subject to our manufacturing schedule at point of order and that we encourage you to contact our office for a "current" lead time

It should also be noted that requirements for finishes other than Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will likely extend the lead time due to the additional manufacturing processes involved.

Delivery is carried out by our carefully selected shipping partners with common couriers used including DHL, UPS and Fedex.

In most cases delivery is completed within 2-3 weeks of the product being dispatched from our manufacturing site in England - however this is not guaranteed and is subject to customs where there can sometimes be unforeseen delays outside of our control.

Please note that orders are shipped directly from our factory in England and therefore all orders are subject to import taxes and duties which will be payable prior to delivery of your order.
