Learn more about the Waldorf Bottle Trap

Inspired by the glamour and geometry of Art Deco bathroom design, the Waldorf Bottle Trap turns an ordinarily functional component into an elegant feature of the basin installation. Its distinctive curved profile is particularly suited to bathrooms where exposed plumbing forms a considered part of the overall interior.

Precision engineered in Italy and manufactured from brass, the Waldorf Bottle Trap combines decorative period influences with the functionality required of contemporary luxury bathroom fittings. Its carefully proportioned form makes it an elegant companion to traditional and Art Deco-inspired basin taps, porcelain sanitaryware and marble-topped vanity suites.

The Waldorf is suitable for basins and bidets where the distance from the centre of the waste outlet to the wall does not exceed 430mm, making it compatible with Rutland London's collection of suitable vanity suites, basins and bidets.

Where a bottle trap remains visible beneath an open vanity or wall-mounted basin, its design and finish can have a significant impact on the completed bathroom. The Waldorf has been conceived specifically for these exposed installations, allowing an essential piece of plumbing to contribute to rather than detract from the wider design scheme.

Its combination of Art Deco styling, elegant curves and brass construction makes the Waldorf particularly suited to statement powder rooms, luxury residential bathrooms, private villas and sophisticated hospitality interiors throughout the UAE and wider Middle East.

The Waldorf Art Deco Brass Bottle Trap is available to purchase online in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. As a living finish, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will naturally age and develop a distinctive patina over time, with the appearance and rate of change influenced by use and the surrounding environment.

For projects requiring a coordinated bathroom specification, the Waldorf can also be produced across Rutland London's extensive portfolio of handcrafted Brass, Bronze, Nickel, Copper and Gold finishes, allowing the bottle trap to complement basin taps, wastes, vanity suites and other visible bathroom brassware.
