With its elegant White Ceramic crosshead controls and commanding floor-mounted proportions, the Chartwell Bath & Shower Mixer creates a striking accompaniment to a freestanding bath. Combining traditional detailing with substantial brass construction, the Chartwell Floor Mounted Bath & Shower Mixer is designed for luxurious bathing spaces where the brassware itself forms an important part of the overall composition.
Manufactured from carefully selected brass castings, the individual components are precision machined and polished before being beautifully finished by skilled craftsmen in our Hampshire, England factory. This combination of specialist engineering and hand-finishing reflects the long-established manufacturing heritage behind Rutland London's collection of luxury bathroom brassware.
The Chartwell's floor-mounted configuration allows the mixer to be positioned independently alongside a freestanding bath, creating an elegant alternative where deck- or wall-mounted taps are neither desired nor appropriate. Its tall proportions give the fitting considerable presence, while traditional White Ceramic crossheads provide a refined contrast against the surrounding metalwork.
A coordinating brass hand shower and hose accompany the bath mixer, providing a practical secondary water outlet while maintaining a consistent finish across the complete fitting. The combination of bath filler and hand shower provides everyday versatility while preserving the classical character of the Chartwell.
High-quality ceramic disc cartridges provide smooth and reliable operation, while 3/4" BSP connections allow the Chartwell to be incorporated into many conventional plumbing arrangements.
Each Chartwell Bath & Shower Mixer is individually finished to order and undergoes thorough wet and dry testing prior to despatch, with every set carefully checked before leaving our Hampshire factory.
The Chartwell is particularly effective alongside freestanding, roll top, cast iron, copper and brass baths, where its floor-mounted arrangement allows both the bath and brassware to be appreciated as individual elements within the interior. Its White Ceramic detailing also pairs beautifully with traditional porcelain sanitaryware, natural marble and other classical materials.
For luxury villas, private residences, hotels and interior design projects throughout Dubai, the wider UAE and Middle East, the Chartwell provides an impressive freestanding bath brassware solution with extensive opportunities for individual specification. Its floor-mounted design is available across Rutland London's portfolio of 40+ handcrafted finishes, including Brass, Bronze, Nickel, Copper and Gold, allowing the mixer to coordinate with basin taps, showers, towel rails and other visible bathroom brassware.
The Chartwell White Ceramic Crosshead Floor Mounted Bath & Shower Mixer is available to purchase online in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. As a living finish, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will naturally age and develop a distinctive patina over time, with the rate and extent of this change dependent upon the environment in which the product is installed.
