Standing at 705mm high, the Connaught Standpipes are designed to create the height required for a freestanding bath tap installation while retaining elegant proportions. Substantial 80mm diameter floor plates provide a beautifully resolved transition between the vertical standpipes and surrounding floor, contributing to the architectural appearance of the completed fitting.
The Connaught is particularly effective alongside freestanding, roll top and cast iron baths, where deck-mounted brassware may not be appropriate or where the position of the bath calls for a floor-mounted tap arrangement. When paired with a compatible bath and shower mixer, the standpipes allow the taps to sit independently alongside the bath rather than being mounted directly onto it.
